SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days
Priority Shipping: 5–7 business days
Free Standard Shipping: Available on qualifying orders of $299 or more.

Shipping times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update

Billing & Shipping Address

For order security and fraud prevention, the billing and shipping addresses must match. Please make sure the billing address entered at checkout matches the billing address associated with your payment method and your shipping address before completing your order.

Delivery Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.
